The Access Workouts

Our workouts are for everyone. You do not need to be in amazing shape or have training experience to start. You can expect to feel fantastic after our workouts, and we can guarantee that you won't be bored. Why? Because we offer 20 different workouts each month, created by fitness leaders around the world, which means that you will never do the same workout twice. And it doesn't matter which location you choose, because our locations are all synchronized to ensure variety.

Our classes are 60 minutes and always start at 6am, 7am, 5pm and 6pm Monday to Friday at all locations. Come to any one you choose, come to them all!

We don’t just make you run for 30 minutes and then do calisthenics. We use the principle of “muscle confusion” to maximize results, and incorporate resistance training with cardio training to optimize both fat burning and muscle toning.

We guarantee your fitness success. You will have personal attention—and motivation—because we keep our classes small (less than 20 participants per trainer). About Our Trainers

As recruits, you will be taught by veterans. But we don’t just have fitness leaders; we have fitness experts. We hire only certified personal trainers. And all our trainers undergo specialized Access Boot Camp training as well, to ensure quality, consistency, and safety.
